General Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DE TEKSTFLUISTERAAR
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all programs, online sessions, and introductory meetings offered by De Tekstfluisteraar.
2. Investment and Payment Terms
The total investment for the transformation process (consisting of 5 online sessions spread over 10 weeks) amounts to €450.
Clients have the choice to pay this amount in full in advance, or to pay in 3 equal installments of €150.00.
For payment in installments, the following payment dates apply:
Installment 1: To be paid before the very first official session.
Installment 2: To be paid halfway through the process (before session 3, around week 5).
Installment 3: To be paid before the final session (before session 5, around week 9).
Sessions can only take place once the relevant payment or installment has been received on time.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions
True transformation requires commitment. Should a scheduled session unexpectedly be unable to take place, this must be reported at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling requests within 24 hours prior to the appointment, the session will be forfeited or may be charged in full, unless there is a demonstrable emergency.
Premature termination of the ongoing 10-week program by the client does not entitle them to a refund of installments already paid or a waiver of outstanding payment obligations, as a program place has been reserved for the client.
